Purchased: All software ordered as part of a custom computer package is installed prior to delivery to the client. Additional software purchases can also be installed for you. We require the proof of ownership or license agreement for any software installed by VDS.

Custom Software: This software is usually developed to industry specific needs and customized for the individual client. Custom software is purchased with a 1 year maintenance contract and the option to extend annually. Most updates and program modifications can be done via modem, saving you "downtime."

AIRS is one example of custom designed industry specific software, developed for building and zoning departments.

Programs are written to provide speed of access and ease of use. Some of our products include specific business application programs for accounting and/or inventory control and remote database access programs using a touch-tone telephone interface.

Our programming expertise is in providing an "add-on" service to enable your company or department to fully utilize existing data on your network server. This includes remote input and retrieval, customized report generation and applications to reduce repetitive tasks.
